Reusable Paper Towels
Reusable Paper Towels
Our customers absolutely love these and often buy them for gifts after they have been using their own.
Say good bye to single use paper towels, and deforestation! No trees used to make these babies! Reusable “paper” towels make the switch to ecofriendly easy and beautiful.
I purchased about 10 different brands of reusable paper towels in 2019-2020, the 2 brands I carry are my favorites as far as how they perform and how well have held up. Reusable paper towels need 2 good washes to separate the fibers as absorbency is increased after the first few washes and will shrink just enough to be the perfect size for your holder. These 100% cotton flannel towels will get softer and more absorbent with each wash.
Some things I have learned: don't use fabric softener or dryer sheets as this makes them not as absorbent, and do not wash with high lint stuff like towels as the lint sticks to them. I have a small trash bin under the sink, when one is wet, I lay it over the bin to dry, once dry I put it in the bin. Once the bin is full, I toss them in the wash.
CARE + WASHING:
Wash before use.
Machine wash hot with like colors. Tumble dry low.
Use non-chlorine bleach. Low iron as needed.
After washing, fold and put away or stack them up and re-roll one at a time. They naturally cling together, making it easy to roll them up on a dowel or tube without the need for snaps.
Each roll includes cardboard tube holder and 12 reusable paper towels.
Size is approx. 12"x10"
Single ply 100% cotton flannel
Edges are sewn for durability and to prevent fraying.
MADE IN THE USA
Side note: Ladies do not tell your husband or kids to use them just like paper towels, one customer did this and came back in for another set because they all got thrown away. I have one color for bathroom cleaning and one color for kitchen use. For really yucky stuff we still use regular paper towels that can be tossed with the yuck.
